Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 5 January 2024 and subsequent updates disclosed in the quarterly reports released on 31 May 2024, 28 August 2024, 26 November 2024, 20 February 2025, 27 May 2025, 28 August 2025, 27 November 2025 and 27 February 2026 in regards to the Writ and Statement of Claim filed by Bay Smart Capital Ventures Sdn Bhd ("BSC") via its solicitors, Messrs KS Lim & Ong to its subsidiary, Privatel Sdn Bhd ("Privatel").

The Company wishes to announce that, BSC has via "Notis Pemberhentian" dated 19 March 2026, officially withdrawn the legal proceedings initiated against Privatel and the Company had been informed of the Notis Pemberhentian on 2 April 2026.

1. DETAILS OF THE WITHDRAWAL

   On 19 March 2026, BSC had filed a Notis Pemberhentian where the Court has subsequently give no order as to costs and without liberty to file afresh.

2. CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE WITHDRAWAL

    The withdrawal follows a successful negotiation and settlement via Tripartite Agreement entered into between Privatel, BSC and EHF Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd on 22 January 2026, the terms of which have been satisfied.

    In view of the withdrawal of the Suit, the matter is considered resolved and there is no further legal action pending in respect to this case.

3. FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL IMPACT

    The withdrawal of the suit will not have any material impact on the earnings per share or the net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
