The Company wishes to announce that this case has been administratively transferred from the Commercial High Court NCC 6 to the Commercial High Court NCC 5. Hence, the original hearing date of 15 April 2026 has been vacated and a new hearing date will be fixed by the Court in due course.

The Company will make further announcements on any material development on the matter.
