Further to the Company’s announcements dated 13 May 2025, 15 May 2025, 10 July 2025, 23 September 2025, 24 September 2025, 8 October 2025,10 October 2025, 23 October 2025, 13 November 2025, 15 December 2025, 17 December 2025, 31 December 2025, 7 January 2026, 9 January 2026, 13 January 2026, 21 January 2026, 22 January 2026, 28 January 2026, 4 February 2026, 5 February 2026, 10 February 2026, 26 February 2026, 5 March 2026 the Board of Directors of Asdion (“Asdion” or “the Company”) wishes to announce the following updates on the case:-

1. The appeal was called before the Kuala Lumpur High Court Judge today. Solicitors on behalf of Asdion Berhad informed the Court that Asdion Berhad does not intend to proceed with the appeal. As the solicitors do not represent Asdion Property Management Sdn Bhd, which has been wound up, the solicitors had no locus to withdraw the appeal on its behalf. Accordingly, the Court struck off the appeal and awarded costs of RM6,000.00 to the Respondent, payable by the Appellant (WA-11ANCvC-2-01/2024).

As the matter (WA-11ANCvC-2-01/2024) has been struck off, this matter is concluded and there is no further court date.

Further announcement on the development of the above legal suit will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
