Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of MUIB wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by MUI Capital Sdn Bhd ("MUICAP"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUIB, pursuant to its ordinary course of business during the quarter ended 31 December 2025 as set out below:

 
The provision of financial assistance as set out in the table above had no impact on the net assets and earnings of the group for the current financial period.

Attached herewith the required information of MUICAP pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities for the second quarter ended 31 December 2025.
