We refer to the announcements dated 17 November 2025 and 14 January 2026 in relation to the Disposal (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement.

Keyfield wishes to announce that KRSB and Petro Laut Sdn Bhd (the “Buyer”) have signed an Addendum No. 2 to the MOA (“Addendum No. 1”) on 13 February 2026.

Pursuant to Addendum No. 2, the cancelling date for the MOA has been extended from 15 February 2026 to 25 February 2026, subject to the 90% balance purchase consideration for the Disposal being deposited into the escrow agent’s account by 23 February 2026. Accordingly, the Vessel shall now be delivered to the Buyer by 25 February 2026, subject to the above.

A copy of Addendum No. 2 is available for inspection at the registered office of our Company at Level 5, Guoco Tower, 6 Jalan Damanlela, Damansara City, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except for public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
