Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of SSB (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company and its subsidiaries (“Group”), have in the ordinary course of business entered into the RRPTs with the related parties and the total consideration of which by way of aggregation has exceeded the threshold of the RRPTs of percentage ratio of 1% for the period from 1 January 2026 to 5 February 2026.
