We refer to the issuance of the notices of assessment for the years of assessment 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 all dated 26 May 2023 by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (“IRBM”) amounting in aggregate to RM78,492,394.04 and our previous announcement dated 27 October 2025.

Pursuant to the notice of appeal filed by the IRBM, the Court of Appeal has fixed the hearing of the appeal on 9 September 2026.
