Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of MUIB wishes to announce that the total outstanding loans granted by MUI Capital Sdn Bhd ("MUICAP"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUIB as at 31 December 2025 is RM1,300,000.00.
MUICAP holds a moneylending license under Moneylenders Act 1951. The loan was made in its ordinary course of business.
Attached herewith is the required information of MUICAP pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities for the second quarter ended 31 December 2025.
