- EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME (ESOS)

We refer to the ESOS which was approved by the shareholders of Green Ocean at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 27 October 2020 and 21st Annual General Meeting held on 26 August 2025.

Pursuant to Rule 9.19 (51) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ACE Market Listing Requirements, Green Ocean wishes to announce that Green Ocean has on 18 November 2025 offered a total of 11,650,000 share options at the option price of RM0.075 to eligible employees of Green Ocean in accordance with the By-Laws of the ESOS. The details of the offer of share options are as follows:
