Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 27 September 2023, 5 October 2023, 27 November 2023, 21 February 2024, 13 March 2024, 15 April 2024, 28 May 2024, 6 June 2024, 21 June 2024, 23 July 2024, 21 January 2025, 10 March 2025 and 2 September 2025.
The Company wishes to announce that the Court has decided that the Plaintiff has failed to prove its claim and the claim is dismissed with costs to be paid by the Plaintiff to the Defendant subject to allocatur fees. Consequently, the third party proceedings is struck out with liberty to file afresh due to the dismissal of the main action with no order as to costs.
