The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Companies Commission of Malaysia had on 17 October 2025, approved the Company's application for an extension of time up to 31 March 2026 to hold its Sixty-Third Annual General Meeting pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016.
