(I)	PROPOSED EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS"); AND

Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the announcements dated 17 March 2025, 25 March 2025, 18 April 2025, 29 April 2025 and 2 September 2025 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Privasia Technology, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS is 25 September 2025, being the date on which the Company fully complies with the requirements under Rule 6.44(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements.
