Seng Fong Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company engaged in the provision of management services. The Company, through its subsidiaries, primarily focuses on processing cup lumps into block rubber. Its principal products consist of Standard Malaysia Rubber (SMR) and Premium Grade block rubber. The Company operates through two segments: the Processing Segment and the Trading Segment. The Processing Segment sources cup lumps primarily from domestic and international rubber traders, as well as semi-processed rubber (ribbed smoked sheet rubber and synthetic rubber) and value-added additives (other chemicals) mainly from international rubber traders, to produce SMR Grade and Premium Grade block rubber. The Trading Segment trades block rubbers, which are sourced from international rubber traders and/or natural rubber processors. Its geographical segments include Asia (excluding Malaysia), Europe, Malaysia, North America, and Oceania.
