Verdant Solar Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based solar power company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally involved in the provision of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) services for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, operations and maintenance (O&M) services for solar PV systems and trading of solar products. It also trades in solar ventilation systems, which involves the sales of ventilation systems to its appointed dealers. The Company offers its own brand of solar ventilation systems, namely Verdant Star, which are manufactured by its manufacturer based in China. It also sells other solar products, such as solar panels and inverters. It provides end-to-end services, from consultation and system design to professional installation and ongoing maintenance. Its commercial rooftop solar panels are engineered to optimize energy output, ensuring long-term savings and reduced carbon footprints for factories, warehouses, and office buildings.
