吉隆坡14日讯）南方电缆（SCGBHD，0225，主板工业产品股）宣布，私下配售占已发行股本最多10%股份，筹集高达2.59亿令吉资金扩展业务。

南方电缆位于吉打的厂房。

根据计划，集团将在2027年底前分阶段完成扩产，届时年产电缆与电线总量，将从截至2025年6月30日的5万1980公里，提升25%至6万5000公里。

同时，铝杆年产量将从约2万吨，提升至超过6万吨，相当于增加三倍。

董事经理陈永海表示：“集团正扩大产能以迎合电缆与电线的强劲需求，并支持我国在电力公用事业、再生能源、建筑、基建及数据中心等领域的发展。”

“我们也计划在未来三年内，把海外收入占比提升至30%，朝成为区域领先的一体化电缆与电线制造商的目标迈进。”

during SCG warrant conversion is it stamp duty can add together with conversion price and pay together to southern cable warrant proceed account ?
or stamp duty need to separate and pay to other account ?

and can we send via courier service ? or we must send via post laju only ?
