Remarks : 
1.	The dividends in respect of the preceding year corresponding quarter consists of:

a. 0.50 sen per ordinary share before taking into account the effect of the share consolidation of every five shares into two consolidated shares, which was completed on 20 October 2023 (Share Consolidation exercise)
b. 1.25 sen per ordinary share after taking into account the effect of the Share Consolidation exercise

2.	The dividends in respect of the preceding year corresponding period consists of:

a. 2.00 sen per ordinary share before taking into account the effect of the Share Consolidation exercise
b. 1.25 sen per ordinary share after taking into account the effect of the Share Consolidation exercise

3.	For comparative purpose, the following have been adjusted to reflect the effect of the share consolidation of every five shares into two consolidated shares, which was completed on 20 October 2023:

a. Basic earnings per share, for the preceding year corresponding quarter and the preceding year corresponding period
b. Net assets per share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent as at preceding financial year end
