Remarks :
1. The basic earnings per ordinary share have been calculated based on the profit attributable to the owners of the Company and the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue during the period net of shares bought back by the Company.

2. The diluted earnings per ordinary share for the current financial quarter and financial period are calculated by dividing the profit attributable to owners of the Company for the current financial quarter and financial period to the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue during the financial quarter and financial period to-date adjusted for the assumed conversion of dilutive Warrants into ordinary shares at the beginning of the financial period. For the preceding financial quarter and financial period, there is no potential conversion of the outstanding Warrants of the Company into ordinary shares and this has an anti-dilutive effect on the basic earnings per ordinary share. As such, the diluted earnings per ordinary share is equivalent to the basic earnings per ordinary share which is in accordance to MFRS 133 Earnings per Share.

3. The net assets per ordinary share attributable to owners of the Company is computed based on Total Shareholders' Funds (excluding non-controlling interests) divided by the total number of ordinary shares in issue, net of shares bought back.

Definition of Subunit:

In a currency system, there is usually a main unit (base) and subunit that is a fraction amount of the main unit.
Example for the subunit as follows:

Country Base Unit Subunit
Malaysia Ringgit Sen
United States Dollar Cent
United Kingdom Pound Pence
