宏诚集团以1730万 售两家动物保健子公司
（吉隆坡18日讯）宏诚集团（Sunzen Group Bhd）（KL:SUNZEN）将以1730万令吉，脱售两家从事动物保健业务的独资子公司。
宏诚集团预计，将Sunzen Corporation私人有限公司和Sunzen Lifesciences私人有限公司转售给Pure Nutritional Products私人有限公司，将为集团带来225万令吉收益（扣除估计费用后）。
宏诚集团表示，此次出售符合停止动物保健部门运营的业务战略转型。
该集团还透露，打算将出售所得的1670万令吉净收益用作营运资金。
闭市时，该股企于31仙，市值为2亿5052万令吉。
