Though the distributable income available for distribution is more than last year, the mgmt only declared 90% payouts compared to last year 95%. Believe it keeps for 2nd half year distribution

Good QR!! YTL Hospitality REIT delivered strong results, with revenue up 6% to RM140.5M & net property income rising 12% to RM77M. Income available for distribution increased 11% to RM29.5M.

The REIT's performance to robust hotel room demand supported by a busy calendar of entertainment & sporting events, despite a weaker Australian dollar.

Property rental income also improved following the commencement of the AC Hotel Ipoh lease in April 2025.
