Gold Li currently has 13 ongoing projects and another 28 in the pipeline, with a total gross development value of around RM855 million. It is a pretty promising property IPO!

At 13 sen IPO price and around 10x FY2025 earnings, Gold Li doesn’t look outrageously priced on paper. For a smaller property name with actual profits, I think it will be a good play
