Malaysia's Edelteq Holdings, a semiconductor engineering support provider, Monday signed a pact to acquire a 51% stake in Nixma Technology for 15.3 million ringgit ($3.7 million).

Edelteq will fund the acquisition via mix of own cash and bank borrowings, it said in a stock
