Reference is made to the earlier announcement in respect of the aforesaid matter on 7 July 2025.
The Board of Directors (“The Board”) of the Company wishes to furnish the following additional information:-
1) The Court has fixed the matter for case management on 15 July 2025 via e-review and hearing on 31 July 2025 via Zoom.
2) The Company hereby confirms that the Second Respondent is the major subsidiary of the Company.
3) The total cost of investment in Second Respondent is RM350,000.00
4) The Board is of the opinion that there will be no significant financial impact to the Company and its subsidiaries (“Group”). As for the operational perspective, some customers had come forward to seek for clarification on the situation of the Group and the Board had clarified accordingly.
In a nutshell, the Company and Second Respondent are not expected to incur further losses arising from the Winding-up Petition save for legal fees and disbursements involved to challenge and oppose the Winding-up Petition. The Company is now looking for solicitors and seeking legal opinion on this matter.
