(“Mayfair”) has on 1 July 2025 received a Notice of Appointment of Arbitrator dated 24 June 2025 issued by the Malaysian Institute of Architects (Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia) in relation to arbitration proceedings initiated by Mayfair against Setiakon Builders Sdn. Bhd.
