Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 26 June 2025 in relation to the Letter of Award for Rosmari & Marjoram Project, the Board wishes to clarify that the award is on a call-out basis (which does not have a fixed contract value) as it is non-exclusive and carries no requirement for Sarawak Shell Berhad to place any orders or purchase any minimum quantities.
