Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MAXIM wishes to announce that Maxim Pelangi Sdn Bhd (“Maxim Pelangi”), a 51% owned subsidiary of the Company has on 30 June 2025 executed the Letter of Offer for Islamic Banking Facilities totaling Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred Thirty Three Million and Five Hundred Thousand (RM333,500,000.00) only, granted by AmBank Islamic Berhad (“AmBank”) (“the Facilities”).
