The Company wishes to announce that it intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming 50th Annual General Meeting of the Company:

(i) Proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and

(ii) Proposed renewal of share buy-back authority.

(collectively referred to as "Proposals").

A Circular/Statement to Shareholders containing details of the Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
