We refer to IJM's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 29 May 2025 and 30 May 2025 respectively pursuant to the special dividend of 1 sen per share (Single Tier) (“Special Dividend”). As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of IJM-HA. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of IJM-HA shall remain the same.
