We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of DNEX.
The DNEX-C41 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025.
A summary of principal terms of the DNEX-C41 is set out in Table 1.
