Remarks :
In accordance with the terms of the RPS, the RPS shall entitle the holders to receive a preferential dividend of 3.8% per annum per RPS payable semi-annually in arrears. This preferential dividend of 1.8844% per RPS is pro-rated for the period covering 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2025.
