Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by ASM Automation Group Berhad dated 29 May 2025.

Applications for the IPO Shares will open at 10:00 a.m. on 29 May 2025 and will remain open until 5:00 p.m. on 19 June 2025. 

In the event there is any change to the timetable, we will make announcement on Bursa Securities' website and advertise the notice of changes in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia accordingly.
