On behalf of the Board of Directors of DKLS Industries Berhad, we wish to inform that subsequent to the retirement of Mr Chin Kok Tong as a director of the Company at the conclusion of the Twenty-Ninth AGM held on 28 May 2025, the Board of Directors has appointed Ms Ang Chan Moy as a member of the Investment Committee in place of Mr Chin Kok Tong. The composition of the Investment Committee is as follows:
