Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

On 8 May 2025, Interpac, on behalf of the Board, announced that the MITI had, vide its letter dated 7 May 2025 (which was received on 8 May 2025), notified that it has agreed with the Proposed Regularisation Plan of SCGM, which will result in a total number of 762,259,671 SCGM Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and SCGM will comply with the Bumiputera equity requirement by allocating 95,300,000 SCGM Shares, representing 12.50% of the enlarged total number of SCGM Shares after the Proposed Regularisation Plan, to Bumiputera investors approved or recognised by the MITI.

As at the date of this announcement, the Proposed Regularisation Plan is pending SC’s decision. The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) regarding the development of the Proposed Regularisation Plan accordingly.
