The Right Issue with Warrants was completed following the listing and quotation of 290,897,202 Right Shares and 193,931,375 Warrants on ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 28 March 2023. The Company had raised total proceeds of RM49,452,524.34 (“Right Issue Proceeds”).
The Board of Directors of LKL had on 20 May 2025 wishes to announce that it has resolved to approve the Variations and Extension of Time.
