(Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company’s announcement dated 3 May 2024 in relation to the Private Placement.)

We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 2 December 2024, in which Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 2 December 2024, resolved to grant TTVHB an extension of time until 9 May 2025 to implement the Private Placement ("EOT Approval").

Under the Private Placement, the Company had completed the listing of 11,062,000 Placement Shares on 28 May 2024 on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.

Further to the above, the Board has decided not to place out the remaining 12,338,000 Placement Shares under the Private Placement and as such, the Private Placement is deemed completed upon the expiry of the EOT Approval.
