Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 2 May 2024, 8 August 2024, 4 November 2024 and 3 February 2025 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
The Board wishes to announce that the MOU entered into between JSPH and CALB has lapsed on 2 May 2025 as both parties have formally agreed not to extend the MOU. The Company will make the relevant announcement should there by any future collaboration between both parties.
