We wish to announce that CTOS-C14 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 April 2025 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM1.06472 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of CTOS shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than CTOS-C14's Exercise Price of RM1.20, holders of CTOS-C14 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised CTOS-C14 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the CTOS-C14 shall terminate absolutely.
