We refer to the announcements made on 10 December 2024, 23 December 2024, 24 December 2024, 17 January 2025, 22 January 2025 and 10 April 2025 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the sealed order of the High Court of Malaya confirming the Share Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 29 April 2025. Pursuant thereto, the Share Capital Reduction shall therefore take effect and be deemed completed on 29 April 2025. This announcement is dated 29 April 2025. |
