The Board of Directors of Farlim (the “Board”) wishes to announce that the Company (“Farlim” or the “Company”), had on 25 April 2025, entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Lim Gait Tong Holdings Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199201014043 (245546-X)] (“LGTHSB” or the “Vendor”) for further acquisition of 125,000 ordinary shares (the “Sale Shares”) representing a 25% equity interest in Entity Consolidated Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201401030988 (1107074-M)] (“ECSB”) for a total purchase consideration of RM4,600,000.00 representing RM36.80 per Sale Share (the “Purchase Consideration”).
