Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 19 February 2024, 11 October 2024, 21 October 2024, 30 October 2024, 6 January 2025, 24 January 2025, 3 February 2025 and 17 February 2025, and the circular to shareholders dated 27 May 2024 in relation to the Proposals ("Circular"). Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that ICT Zone Asia had on 24 April 2025 entered into an underwriting agreement with Malacca Securities and Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (“Kenanga IB”), being the joint underwriters for the underwriting of 43,909,200 IPO Shares which are available for application by the Malaysian Public and Eligible Persons.
The 110,090,800 IPO Shares made available for application by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors as approved by MITI and to selected investors, which are not underwritten pursuant to the underwriting agreement, will be placed out by Malacca Securities and Kenanga IB, being the joint placement agents.
