She has over 8 years of working experience in the audit division at Deloitte Kassim Chan, where she held the position of Audit Assistant Manager. In 2013, she joined SANCora Paints Industries Sdn. Bhd. ("SPI") as an Account Manager. Her dedication and leadership led to her promotion to General Manager in 2017, she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of a business's daily operations, managing staff, developing strategic plans, monitoring budgets, ensuring efficient performance across departments, driving sales, and achieving overall profitability goals, while also ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations and authorities. In 2022, she was subsequently promoted to Finance and Operation Director of SPI before joining Choo Bee Metal Industries Berhad. Her responsibility was to manage all financial and operational aspects of SPI, including budgeting, financial reporting, accounting, operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulations to achieve organizational goals and drive profitability. |
