Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as those given to them in the announcement dated 13 March 2025 and 17 March 2025. We refer to the announcements in relation to Proposed Transfer of Listing. On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 2 April 2025, resolved to approve the Company from having to comply with Rules 8.06(1)(c) and 8.06(1)(d) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements in relation to the Exit Offer and Appointment of Independent Adviser respectively. The said approval is subject to the condition that the undertakings set out in the Undertaking Letters remain valid and binding until the completion of the Proposed Withdrawal.
