On behalf of the Board of Directors of Manforce ("Board"), M & A Securities Sdn Bhd ("M&A Securities") wishes to announce that the Company had on 10 March 2025 received a letter from its major shareholder, namely Dato’ Wong Boon Ming ("Dato' Wong"), requesting the Board to consider undertaking the Proposed Transfer of Listing ("Proposal Letter").
Pursuant to the Proposal Letter, the Board, save for Dato’ Wong and Datin Lim Gun Kiau, being a spouse and person connected to Dato’ Wong, will deliberate on the Proposed Transfer of Listing.
