The Board of Directors of ONETECH wishes to announce that WYNCORP Advisory Sdn. Bhd. (“WYNCORP”) will cease to act as the Continuing Adviser of the Company with effect from 1 April 2025 as the Company successfully complied with Rule 3.12(1)(a) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad whereby ONETECH must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least three (3) full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities. ONETECH was listed on 4 May 2021.
