(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcements dated 21 July 2022, 5 December 2022, 16 February 2023, 25 August 2023 and 24 June 2024 in relation to the above matter).

 

1. INTRODUCTION
Further to the announcement dated 21 July 2022, 5 December 2022, 16 February 2023, 25 August 2023 and 24 June 2024 regarding the Proposed New Plant Construction, the Board wishes to announce that the certificate of completion and compliance has been issued on 31 December 2024.


JPSB is currently conducting inspections and getting any necessary touch-ups and defects (if any) to be remedied by Honfuak in relation to the Proposed New Plant Construction. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Proposed New Plant Construction is estimated to be fully completed and ready to be used on or before 30 June 2025.
