We refer to the announcements dated 12 November 2024, 19 November 2024, 26 November 2024 and 15 January 2025 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that in conjunction with, and as an integral part of the Company’s Proposed Listing, the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of 1,632,385,100 new ordinary shares in DSR Taiko (“DSR Taiko Share(s)”) (“Bonus Shares”) on the basis of 5 Bonus Shares for each existing DSR Taiko Share held on an entitlement date to be determined later (“Proposed Bonus Issue”).

For avoidance of doubt, the Proposed Bonus Issue will be implemented prior to the Proposed Transfer but after the receipt of approvals for the Proposed Bonus Issue, Proposed Transfer and Proposed Adoption.
