Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 27 June 2024 in relation to the completion of the Regularisation Plan.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of EATECH, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 14 February 2025, submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the upliftment of EATECH from its PN17 status pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(8) of the Listing Requirements.
