The Board of Directors of K-One Technology Berhad (“K-One Tech” or ‘Company” or “K-One Group”) wishes to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, K-One Wellness Sdn Bhd has entered into a Distribution and Supply Agreement with MR Global (HK) Limited (“Mindray”) to distribute on a non-exclusive basis the latter’s automated external defibrillators (“AEDs”) for the public (non-hospital) sector in Malaysia which was signed and noted on 12 February 2025.
