As announced on 27 November 2024, Puan Wan Nadiah Binti Wan Mohd Abdullah Yaakob ("Puan Nadiah") had provided in her written representation that she had disagreed that she should be held liable for the five (5) allegations set out in Domestic Inquiry which set out as below.

In arriving at the decision of dismissal, the Company had deliberated on Puan Nadiah's years of service, performance records and her mitigation letter, as well as the findings of the Independent Domestic Inquiry Panel on the five (5) allegations of misconduct levelled against Puan Nadiah as the Group Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Hospitals Sdn Bhd.
The five (5) allegations are in respect of the termination of agreements by insurance companies and issues arising from ICT Works Agreement and its implementation. |
