Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Information Memorandum dated 28 August 2024 issued by Hydropipes Berhad. 

The opening, closing and balloting dates of application are not applicable as this is a Placement within the meaning of Section 230 of the CMSA in conjunction with the listing of Hydropipes Berhad on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities. This timetable is tentative and is subject to changes which may be necessary to facilitate implementation procedures.
