We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the GENTING Shares. GENTINGC3L is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 1 December 2023 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. GENTINGC3L is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2023, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 2 February 2024, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 May 2024, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 17 July 2024 and the Term Sheet dated 12 November 2024. GENTINGC3L is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of GENTINGC3L is set out in the attachment. |
